These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Desert Raven Press website and online store at store.desertravenpress.com (the "Store"), operated by Desert Raven Press ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

Products & Formats

We sell books and related products in digital formats (ebooks and audiobooks) and in print (paperbacks). Digital products are delivered electronically, typically via BookFunnel or a download link. Paperbacks are printed on demand and shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Digital products (ebooks and audiobooks)

All sales of digital products are final. Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital purchases. If you have trouble accessing or downloading your files, email info@desertravenpress.com and we will make sure you receive what you paid for.

Paperbacks

We accept returns of paperback books within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@desertravenpress.com with your order number.

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. The book must be shipped back to us at your expense. Once we receive the book in resalable condition, we will refund the purchase price of the book. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

Paperback orders are typically printed and shipped within a few business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Intellectual Property

All books, cover art, text, and other content sold through the Store are protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial license to read or listen to the content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital or print products except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

Our products are sold "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Raven Press disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
